アートの鑑賞や展示が及ぼす効用については近年欧米を中心に注目を集めている。例えば，健康や医療，教育，福祉やビジネス等のような様々な側面について。アート鑑賞や表現，美を感じること等を題材として，ストレスや痛み，エンパワーメント，ウェルビーイングといった事柄にどのように影響するかを実験的手法やワークショップを用いて，検討がなされつつある。本研究において2年目である 2022 年度はワークショップのプロトタイプ的実施と，ワークショップのための教材かを通してアートの効用を探った。特に，申請書通りにLEGOブロックを用いたワークショップのプロトタイプの実施と教材化の開発を行い，創造性ならびに楽しさ等の体験評価について研究を深めた。さらに，絵画鑑賞を用いたワークショップのデザインを行い，その撮影のための機材セッティングを行った。LEGOのワークショップは人材能力開発でも頻繁に用いられるが，ファシリテーションの仕方（美的創造に着目するか，自由な表現に着目するか）によって異なる効用が期待できるワークショップのデザインが異なることが明らかになりつつある。今後は，このようなワークショップ型教材を整理し，子供から高齢者を対象としたLEGOワークショップを用いたアートの効用の展開を図りたい。
The benefits of art appreciation and exhibition have attracted much attention in recent years, particularly in Europe and the USA. For example, these are found in various aspects such as health, medicine, education, welfare, and business, etc. Using experimental methods and workshops, studies have been conducted on how art appreciation, expression, and the feeling of beauty affect stress, pain, empowerment, and wellbeing. In 2022, the second year of this research, the utility of art was explored through the prototypical implementation of workshops and the use of teaching materials for the workshops. In particular, we conducted a prototype workshop using LEGO blocks, developed teaching materials as per the application, and deepened our research on creativity and experience evaluation such as enjoyment. In addition, we designed a workshop using painting appreciation and set up the equipment for filming the seminar. It is becoming clear that different workshop designs can be expected to have different benefits depending on the facilitation method (focusing on aesthetic creation or free expression). In the future, we would like to organize such workshop-type materials and develop the benefits of art using LEGO workshops for children and the elderly.
