本研究は、対面型で実施することが多いコーチングにおいて、ビデオ会議システムやクラウドなどのデジタルコミュニケーション技術を用いることで遠くにいながらも効果的な指導や対話を支援できるシステムを設計し、その有効性を評価することが目的である。今年度は参加者が主体的に議論の発散、収束、そして合意形成などのファシリテーションを行うことができるようなスキルと知識を身につけることを主眼としたプロセスとそれを支援するシステムを設計し、有効性を検証することを主眼として取り組みを実施した。
参加者全員を対象に同時にファシリテーター育成をすることは現実的ではないため、対象組織のスコープを絞り、塾内の野球、蹴球、庭球、ソッカー、競走、ホッケーの6部から200名程度の参加者を募集し、その中から特にファシリテーションに興味をもつ20名程度に対してファシリテーターとしてのトレーニングを実施した。その上で、そのファシリテーターが各部において、日常のミーティングや練習時の対話でのファシリテーションでスキルと知識を磨き、疑問や相談がある際にはオンラインにて教員がアドバイスを行うというプロセスを進めた。その過程では、部を超えた横断的なオンラインでのコミュニケーションも生まれ、遠隔スポーツコーチングの基盤が整いつつある。チーム内のコミュニケーションが責任を持つ者からの一方通行にならず、立場を超えたやり取りに変化しつつあるところがあるようで、それによってチーム内の相互理解をしやすくなるいうメリットが生まれつつある。特設のサイトを作成し、成果を共有している（関係者によるコミュニケーションを目的とした本取り組みの特設サイト：https://sportsinclusion.keio.ac.jp/）。
今年度の目的を達成することができたため、最終年度である3年目については、参加者のファシリテーション力に基づいた遠隔コミュニケーションによる効果的なコーチングとそのシステムの実現と普及に取り組みたいと考えており、研究者ならびに関係する体育会監督、コーチとの調整を進めている。
In this research, in coaching, which is often conducted face-to-face, we designed a system that can support effective guidance and dialogue while being far away by using digital communication technology such as a video conference system and the cloud, and its effectiveness. The purpose is to evaluate sex. This year, we will design a process that focuses on acquiring skills and knowledge that enable participants to independently diverge, converge, and facilitate consensus building, and a system that supports it. However, the efforts were carried out with the main purpose of verifying the effectiveness.
Since it is not realistic to train facilitators for all participants at the same time, we narrowed down the scope of the target organization and about 200 participants from 6 divisions of baseball, kicking ball, garden ball, socker, race, and hockey in the school. We recruited about 20 people who are particularly interested in facilitation, and conducted training as facilitators. After that, the facilitator improved their skills and knowledge through facilitation in daily meetings and dialogues during practice in each department, and when there were questions or consultations, the faculty members gave advice online. .. In the process, cross-disciplinary online communication is also born, and the foundation of remote sports coaching is being laid. It seems that communication within the team is not one-way from the responsible person, but is changing to transcendental communication, which has the advantage of facilitating mutual understanding within the team. Since we were able to achieve the purpose of this year, we would like to work on effective coaching by remote communication based on the facilitation ability of participants and the realization and dissemination of the system in the third year, which is the final year. We are coordinating with researchers, related athletic club directors, and coaches.
