1.はじめに
VUCAの時代において、システムデザイン・マネジメント研究の方法論を未来社会のシステムデザインに活用することを目的として本研究を実施した。研究メンバーの専門性を考慮して適用事例として3分野を対象として選定した。

2.成果
2.1衛星データの活用
金融市場から排除された人々の信用評価において、代替データを活用するためモバイル、公共地理空間、衛星データソースなどから収集した利害関係者の要求と代替データの特徴を用いて、利害関係者の要求を同時に最適化する特徴選択プロセスを提案した。
2.2社会生活が環境に与える影響の評価
(1)都市の脱炭素化およびレジリエンス強化を目的として、屋根に設置された太陽光発電と電気自動車の統合システムにより、安価でCO2フリーな電力を都市住民に供給する「SolarEV City」コンセプトを提案し、その効果を明らかにした。
(2)都市レベルでの炭素会計のアプローチに関する社会のコンセンサスを得る事ため、主要な物理的供給システムに根ざした新しい会計アプローチを提案した。
(3)行政の介入による経済活動の変化と，それに伴う大気物質の変化との具体的な関係を明らかにした。特に観光産業振興のために政府が実施したキャンペーンが大気物質に与えた影響を定量的に評価した。
2.3創造的な成果を生むためのチーム活動
チームメンバーの創造的思考を組み合わせて、チーム創造性とチームパフォーマンスを向上させるポイントを示すため、合理的思考と発散的思考を十分に保有するメンバーの存在、メンバーがチーム状況に応じて発散・収束思考をコントロールする努力を続けること、などの重要性を明らかにした。

3.まとめ
以上の活動を通して、複合的な問題の解決策に新たな提案を行うともにその有効性を検証し、成果を論文として発表した。今後も引き続き、システムデザイン・マネジメント研究の方法論を広く社会に活用するための検討を継続してゆく。
1. Introduction
In the age of VUCA, this study was conducted with the aim of applying the methodology of system design and management research to the system design of future society. Considering the expertise of the research members, three fields were targeted as examples of application.

2. Results
2.1 Utilization of satellite data
In order to utilize alternative data in assessing the creditworthiness of those excluded from the financial market, we proposed a feature selection process that simultaneously optimizes stakeholders' requirements using alternative data features and stakeholders' requirements collected from mobile, public geospatial, and satellite data sources.
2.2Evaluation of the impact of social life on the environment
(1) To decarbonize cities and strengthen their resilience, we proposed the SolarEV City concept, which provides city residents with inexpensive, CO2-free electricity through an integrated system of roof-mounted solar PV and electric vehicles.
(2) To reach a public consensus on the approach to carbon accounting at the city level, we proposed a new accounting approach rooted in the main physical supply system.
(3) The specific relationship between changes in economic activity due to government intervention and associated changes in air quality was clarified. In particular, we quantitatively evaluated the impact of government campaigns to promote the tourism industry on air quality.
2.3Team activities for creative results
To show the key points to improve team creativity and team performance by combining the creative thinking of team members, the importance of having members who possess sufficient rational and divergent thinking, and having members continue to make efforts to control their divergent and convergent thinking according to the team situation, were identified. The results of the study were presented in the following pages.

3. Summary
Through the above activities, the effectiveness of new proposals for solutions to complex problems was verified and the results were presented. We will continue to study the methodology of system design and management research in order to make it widely available to society.
