新価値を創造するためには、個別の分野だけではなく、複数の分野を統合的にデザインする必要がある。本研究では、技術システム、社会システム、人間中心システムなど、統合を進めるために、非技術システムのデザインにシステムアプローチを適応するための方法論を検討・検証した。また、そのための方法論であるシステム思考とデザイン思考の統合について検討・検証をおこなった。具体的には、複数の分野を統合的にデザインし、価値創造につながえるためのアプローチとして、システム思考とデザイン思考を統合するための方法論の研究、それらを実際に人間中心システム、技術システム、社会システムなどに適用を通じて、その適応の特徴を明確にする研究、それらを実施していくためのマネジメントの研究を実施した。人間中心システムとしては、人のワクワク感や楽観性、チームワークにに焦点をあて、それらを増加するためのアプローチを見出した。また、技術システムとしては自動運転車の安全性を示すための方法論を構築した。さらに社会システムとしては、中小企業のためのオープンイノベーションのアプローチを明確した。これらの研究の成果は、SDGs のように現在、様々が課題や目指すための目標の実現に貢献する。なぜなら、これらの目標は、はこれまでような一つの専門を追求するだけでは実現が困難である。今回の研究成果は、これまでは単独で存在していた専門を統合することで、これまででは到達が困難であった目標に到達し、価値を創造すすることを可能とするものである。
In order to create new value, it is necessary to design not only individual fields but also multiple fields in an integrated manner. In this research, we examined and verified the methodology for adapting the system approach to the design of non-technical systems in order to promote integration such as technical systems, social systems, and human-centered systems. In addition, we examined and verified the integration of system thinking and design thinking, which is the methodology for that purpose. Specifically, as an approach to designing multiple fields in an integrated manner and leading to value creation, research on methodologies for integrating system thinking and design thinking, actually applying them to human-centered systems, technical systems. Through application to social systems, we conducted research to clarify the characteristics of adaptation and management research to implement them. As a human-centered system, we focused on human excitement, optimism, and teamwork, and found an approach to increase them. In addition, as a technical system, we have established a methodology to show the safety of autonomous vehicles. Furthermore, as a social system, an open innovation approach for SMEs was clarified. The results of these studies will contribute to the realization of various challenges and goals that are currently being pursued, such as the SDGs. Because these goals are difficult to achieve just by pursuing a single specialty. The results of this research will enable us to achieve goals that were previously difficult to achieve and to create value by integrating the professions that used to exist independently.
