看護医療学部の教育の国際化について、本学部学生が海外で学習・活動する機会は充実している。しかし、留学生の通年教育への受け入れは困難な状況にある。本学部では、2016 年度から短期留学受け入れプログラムを実施し韓国・中国・英国・米国から留学生を受け入れ、本学部からもほぼ同数の学生が参加している。参加学生からの評価は高く、本研究は、看護教育基礎における短期留学生受け入れ国際交流プログラムの効果を明らかにすることを目的にしている。
2019年度は3年計画の研究の3年目である。2017 年度に国際交流プログラムの計画・立案に合わせて、参加４大学（韓国、中国、英国、米国）の関係者との調整、本調査の準備として関係者へのインタビューや予備調査として研修後アンケートを実施した。2018 年度は予備調査の結果と国際交流や留学プログラムに関する先行研究のレビューに基づき、アンケート調査項目を決定した。プログラム参加学生の開始前と終了後の変化を測定する尺度として、一般自己効力感尺度を用いて実施し、自由記述欄を設け、それらも分析と対象とした。2019年2 月にプログラム前調査及びプログラム後調査を実施した。
2019年度はアンケート結果を分析した。参加学生のプログラムへの満足度は非常に高く、内容では在宅看護実習への評価が高かった。留学生は日本人学生に比べて、講義、罪悪看護実習への評価が有意に高く、プログラムでの達成感も有意に高い傾向にあった。学生の自己効力感は、プログラム前に比べプログラム後は高くなる傾向にあった。交流会、在宅看護実習への評価が高い学生はプログラム後の自己効力感が高く、プログラム満足感が高い学生はプログラム後の自己効力感が有意に高い傾向にあることが明らかになった。2020年2月のプログラム後に各大学の関係者と結果を評価する予定でいたが、新型コロナウイルス蔓延の関係で困難となったため、状況を鑑みながら今後の実施を検討する。
In the global and international education of the Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care in Keio University opportunities for the students to study and practice abroad are enriched. However, it is difficult to accept foreign students for full-year education. Therefore, the faculty have conducted a short-term international exchange program since 2016, the program has received approximately 20 foreign students from Korea, China, the United Kingdom, and the United States with the similar number of Keio nursing students.
The fiscal 2019 is the third year of the three-year plan of research. In fiscal 2017, we discussed the plan of this study with the staff of participating 4 universities (Korea, China, UK, US) during the preparation for the short-term international exchange program. We conducted the post-program questionnaire and interviews and related investigation to the stakeholders. Then in fiscal 2018, we decided the questionnaire survey items based on the results of the preliminary survey and the review of prior research on international exchange and study-abroad programs, and we selected "General Self-Efficacy Scale" as a scale to measure the change before and after the program participation student. We also added a free description column in the questionnaire survey of this fiscal year. In February 2019, we conducted a pre-program survey and a post-program survey participants of the short-term exchange program. 
In fiscal 2019, we analyzed the survey results. As a result, the students were very satisfied with the program, and the home nursing practice was highly evaluated. Compared to Japanese students, international students were more highly evaluated in lectures and home nursing practices, and their achievement in the program tended to be significantly higher. Students' self-efficacy tended to be higher after the program than before. It was clarified that students with high evaluations for exchange meetings and home nursing practices had high self-efficacy after the program, and students with high satisfaction to the program tended to have significantly higher self-efficacy after the program. After the program in February 2020, I was planning to evaluate the results with the people involved in each university, but it was difficult due to the COVID-19 pandemics, so we will consider future implementation while concerning the situation.
