昨年に引き続き、近年特に現代美術の分野で注目されている展覧会史研究のひとつとして「東京ビエンナーレ1970：人間と物質」展についての実証的研究を行った。
出品作家の一人である松澤宥について、諏訪の松澤邸にて、「プサイの部屋」の調査を含め関連資料調査を実施した(東京ビエンナーレと同年企画である「ニルヴァーナ」展を中心に調査）。松澤アーカイヴは松澤一人に留まらず関連の作家達に関する豊かな資料を有しており今後も調査を継続していきたいと考えている。
更に、同展の開催年である1970年についての関連調査、資料研究なども進めた。
12月にTate Research Centre: Asiaの招聘を受け、ボード・ミーティングでのショート・プレゼンテーションを行い、テートのアーカイヴに所蔵されている東京ビエンナーレ1970関係の資料（日本に滞在した海外作家の書簡）についての研究報告を行った。
申請当初はロンドンでの調査を予定していたが、上記招聘によりロンドンでの調査を実施できたので、ニューヨークでの調査を行った。東京ビエンナーレ出品作家及び関連作家の作品調査及び、資料調査をニューヨーク近代美術館、ディア・ファウンデーション（ディア・ビーコンを含む）、ギャラリー・ルロン等で実施した。
研究計画にも示した発信に関して、各方面からの要望も多かった「東京ビエンナーレ1970」展の展示再構成についてウェブ上の発信を実現した。また、過去にテートで行ったシンポジウムについてもTate Research Centre: Asiaの協力を得て研究成果としての公開を試みた。特に展示再構成図の公開発信は今後の研究へのフィードバックが期待されるものである。
また、2020年に新しい形で「東京ビエンナーレ」を開催しようとしている東京ビエンナーレ市民委員会に協力し、キックオフ展に資料提供やアドバイスを行うとともに、シンポジウムに参加し東京ビエンナーレ1970に関するプレゼンテーションを行った。

Research on Yutaka Matsuzawa and other participants of Tokyo Biennale 1970 at Yutaka Matsuzawa Archive in Shimo-suwa. Also visited renown Psi room. Detailed research on exhibition "Nirvana" curated by Matsuzawa in 1970, which has been the pioneer of international exhibitions on Conceptualism in Japan.
