Abstract 
SCVTdP患者からiPS細胞を作製した。同iPS細胞とコントロールiPS細胞から心筋細胞を分化誘導, 精製し, 電気生理学的解析, 分子生物学的解析を行った。電気生理学的解析として行った細胞外電位解析, 活動電位解析, パッチクランプによる解析により, 疾患特異的な表現型を同定しえた。詳細な機能解析を続け, 治療方法の開発へ繋げていく。
We generated iPS cells from patients with short coupled variant TdP (SCVTdP). Cardiomyocytes were differentated from control-iPS cells and SCVTdP-iPS cells. Then we performed the electrophysiological analysis using iPS cell-derived cardiomyocytes. We identified the specific phenotype in SCVTdP-iPS cell-derived cardiomyocytes.
