KOARA (KeiO Associated Repository of Academic resources) collects, stores, and makes available original research from researchers and students based at Keio University.
The contents on KOARA have metadata, which facilitates easy distribution as academic information and allows them to be effectively searched from Japan and overseas.
The core system uses XooNips, developed by the neuroinformatic technologies team at the RIKEN Brain Science Institute. KOARA is a system that integrates library modules developed as part of a collaborative project with this team (SourceForge.jp: XooNIps-Library Project). With the support of a cooperative project to create academic repositories of institutes promoted by the National Institute of Informatics, we are progressively enriching data and upgrading systems.
To upload the research articles into KOARA and use the contents, please refer to the operation rule.
The Japanese copyright act protects all the content of KOARA, so if you want to use the contents beyond the scope of the law, you must obtain permission from the copyright owner, an article author, or academic society.
