| Abstract |
台湾における日系合弁企業の進出は,繊維,鉄鋼等の素材産業から,電機,自動車産業,流通業等のサービス産業まで,一部の金融業を除いてほとんど全ての業界に及んでいる。しかし,合弁企業の中には,現地でのマネジメントの困難さに直面して撤退を余儀なくされた企業や,逆に,日本の本社や親会社を超えるほどの高い業績を上げている企業もある。近年のアジア経済の急激な変化は,合弁企業の経営の再構築を提起しているといえる。そこで,われわれは1998年度慶應義塾大学大学院高度化資金の助成を受けて,日台合弁企業の経営トップマネジメント
