本研究では, 市場における品質不具合発生の未然防止をねらいとして, 品質不具合情報を解析し, 設計, 工程管理段階で活用する方法と, 設計段階でコンピュータシミュレーションにより効果的に計画, 活用する方法を開発している。品質不具合の未然防止には, デザインレビューの効果的活用が不可欠であり, これを目的にデザインレビューの項目を確認する方法を導いている。加えて, 品質確保のためにコンピュータシミュレーションへ実験計画法を適用ために, (i) 開発途中のシミュレーションモデルの妥当性検証, (ii) 多数の因子から重要な少数因子の絞込み, (iii) 複雑な応答関数の少数因子による近似方法について検討をしている。
This research proposes an approach to prevent quality problem in the market by analyzing the field quality data and its reflection in design and prototyping stage including design of experiments in computer simulation at design stage. In order to prevent quality problem in the market, the application of design review is crucial. Therefore, this research obtains an approach to reflect the data analysis result to validate items to be reviewed at design review stage. In addition, the following (i)-(iii) are examined as an application of techniques of design of experiments to computer simulation ; (i) validation of developing simulation model ; (ii) screening some active factors from many factors ; (iii) meta-modeling of complicating response function by some active factors.
