| Abstract |
我々はこれまでに心不全特異的なエピジェネティック変化として、ヒストンH3リシンK4のトリメチル化、H3K9のトリメチル化変化を同定した。H3K9のトリメチル化状態に影響を及ぼすことが示唆されるメチル基転移酵素阻害薬(Chaetocin)が、遺伝性食塩感受性高血圧ラットにおいて、心不全の予後改善効果を有するか否か検討した。Chaetocinは不全期における心臓収縮能を改善させ、長期投与した動物では、生存期間も延長傾向を示した。
