本研究では、品質管理の枠組みを3つの観点で検証した。第一に、6つのTQM要素→(ガバナンス、革新的能力、マーケティン能力→成果の因果関係モデルを構築・検討した。タイと日本の企業間での比較分析を行った。第二に、近年のコロナ禍、在宅勤務満足度の向上がマネジメントの重要課題となっていることに着目し、在宅勤務満足度に関連する在宅勤務の不安や意義、さらに、外部パートナーとの連携との関連性を検証した。第三として、技術受容性、ソフトウエア/システム品質、外部パートナーとの連携、IoT受容意向、品質や経営成果との関係性を検討し、日本と中国の従業員の間で比較分析を行った。
In this study,the framework of quality management was examined from three viewpoints. First, the causal relationship model was built as a hypothetical model: six TQM elements →(governance, innovative capability, marketing capability) → results, where the comparative analysis between Thai and Japanese companies were conducted. Focusing on the fact that improving the satisfaction with working remotely has become an important issue for management under the recent COVID-19 pandemic,factors affecting the satisfaction such as the anxiety,significance of working remotely,and the collaboration with external partners were discussed. Thirdly, the relationship between technology acceptance, software/system quality, IoT technology adoption intention, quality and management performance, and the cooperation with external partners was examined. Furthermore, the comparative study between the employee in Japan and that in China was conducted.
