| Abstract |
今日,海外証券市場において中国株式会社の上場株(H株)が急速に増大している。この中で,国内市場での海外投資家向けのB株の役割の変化が新たな課題になってきている。本稿では,中国株式会社化における株式市場の「二重構造」の解消という視点から,B株とA株,B株とH株との相互関係を中心に実証分析することにより,B株における問題点を指摘し,A・B株の一本化の解決策を提言する。
