Abstract

前号においては,銅資源開発の一般的特質,米国産銅会社の地位とBig 3 の規模と事業活動のロケーション上の特徴を摘出し,主として,アナコンダの生成・発展と,1960年～68年の間における経営戦略を,マトリックス的に表示し,かつチリーにおける事業活動を考察しておいた。本号では更にケネコットKennecott Copper Corporation の足跡をたどり,アナコンダと同様な歴史的な経営戦略展開の概要と,1960～68年のそれをマトリックス的に表示し,同社の特徴を浮びあがらせて,次号の経営上の比較に資したいと思う。(なお前号は序,2.アナコンダの発展と経営戦略,3.アナコンダのチリーにおける事業活動が所載されている。)
