| Abstract |
本稿は, 不完備契約とホールドアップ問題に関する先駆的な研究であるHart-Moore(1988)における再交渉ゲームを再検討し, その構造に内在するコミットメントの問題を明らかにする。あわせて, Hart-Mooreの議論の複雑さがコミットメントの問題の回避のアプローチに起因するという点を指摘し, 均衡の精緻化に基づくより扱いやすい問題の回避のアプローチを提示する。
This study reconsiders the renegotiation game in the pioneering study by Hart–Moore (1988) concerning incomplete contracts and the hold-up problem, emphasizing the problem of commitment inherent in this structure.
In addition, it suggests the fact that Hart–Moore's discussion is complex due to an approach that avoids the commitment problem, indicating a more manageable approach avoiding problems based on the refinement of equilibrium.
