3年計画の2年目は、1.共同運用を進めるための目録データ・メタデータの標準化と統合 2.他大学のコンソーシアムについての聞き取り 3.システムと連動したデータ加工の操作性について調査を行った。
1)早稲田・慶應の目録データの統合方式の調査
目録の共同運用として、早慶の目録を統合し、ローマ字を振り直すための手法、サンプルプログラムの開発と実証実験を行った。特に、プログラムで自動的に振ったローマ字を、すでに振ってあるローマ字で検証し、特定部分を修正する方式を開発した。
書誌の統合方法として、ISBNでの早慶のデータの統合、統合した場合の問題点の調査を行った。
2)他大学のコンソーシアムについての聞き取り調査
いくつかの大学と新しいコンソーシアムについての意見交換を行い、早慶コンソーシアムへ新たな大学が参加する可能性の聞きとりを行った。現在、国立情報学研究所のNACSIS CATへ参加して目録を作成しているため、その問題点や展望についての意見交換も行った。
3)システムと連動した図書館員のためのわかりやすいプログラミング言語の調査
システム稼働後に図書館員が図書館システムと連携してデータを加工する時、どのようなプログラム言語であれば、簡単に操作が可能になるか、簡易言語を選び、図書館データを前提として操作性の評価を行った。これについては引き続き調査を進めていきたい。

なお、予定していたコンソーシアムでのディスカバリーシステムの利用方法調査は、ディスカバリーシステムの開発が遅れているため、アーキテクチャーの調査は行ったが、利用を含めたシステム評価までは進めなかった。

In particular, we have developed a method to verify automatically romaji in the program with romaji that has already been shook, and to correct a specific part.
As a method of integrating bibliographies, we integrated the data of Hayakei at ISBN and investigated the problems in the case of integration.
2) Hearing about other university's consortium
We exchanged views with some universities on the new consortium, and heard about the possibility of the new university joining the Hayao consortium. Since I am currently making a catalog by participating in the NACSIS CAT of the National Institute of Informatics, I also exchanged views on the problems and prospects.
3) We investigated the operability of data processing linked with the system. Survey of easy-to-understand programming languages ​​for librarians linked with the system. When a librarian cooperates with the library system to process data after system operation, what kind of programming language can be easily operated, choose a simple language, and evaluate operability based on library data Did. We will continue to investigate this.
