| Abstract |
サン・シモンによれば「可能な最良の政体」は、公益というものを一般的利益と特殊的利益とい
う二つの側面から考慮することのできる政体である。そして近代社会は中世の支配原理たるキリス
ト教を超える普遍的道徳、すなわち産業社会の人間関係の中で醸成される博愛精神によって一体化
される。またエゴという特殊的利益を乗り越えつつ社会の一般的利益を考慮し得る人間により社会
の「再組織」は漸進的に行われるだろう。サン・シモンは『ヨーロッパ社会再組織論』を通して自
らの近代社会思想をヨーロッパレベルで実現する手法を示そうとした。
