| Abstract |
ヒトiPS細胞は、心筋分化後早期に分子生理学的および電気生理学的に結節型細胞の表現型が優位であるが、分化後後期には作業心筋型表現型に変化することが明らかとなった。これは、再生心筋細胞が培養中に成熟し、その表現型を変化する可能性を示唆しており、再生心筋の臨床応用の際にはその目的や手段によって用いる細胞を使い分ける必要がある。
