| Abstract |
2010年に特別支給の老齢厚生年金(定額部分)の支給開始年齢が63歳から64歳に引上げられたことと改正高年齢者雇用安定法の雇用確保措置により, 雇用と年金の接続がどのように変化したか, 厚生労働省「中高年者縦断調査」の個票に基づき分析した。その結果, 被用者職歴では1946年度生まれコーホートと比較し, 1947年度生まれコーホートの63歳時点の公的年金受給額は低くなったが, 改正高年齢者雇用安定法の雇用確保措置などで, 低所得層の所得は増大したことが明らかになった。
