Health Check is the questionnare which evaluates the state of physical health, mental health, social health, stress and quality of life CQOL) (Murayama et al: 1998). The first purpose of this study was to claify the difference of the score of Health Check between the students and staffs of Keio university. The second purpose was to rescrutinize the relationship between the health items in the Health Check test. The subjects were 114 male and 158 female students and 152 male and 81 female staffs. They were carried out Health Check test. The main results were as follows, : 1) The statistical analysis for difference of two groups indicated that there were significant differences between students and staffs at the items of mental health, stress and QOL (males). The scores of those health items of the students were significantly lower than those of staffs. 2) There were significant correlations between mental health score and stress score Cr=-.708), as well as social health score and QOL score (r=.764). It is suggested that the health state concerning one's mind or stress of the staffs is different from that of the students.
