看護医療学部では、複数の国際交流プログラムを有して、看護医療学部の学部学生の海外への派遣、海外からの看護学生の受け入れを行っている。2020年度は新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大の中、これまで対面開催してきた短期留学受け入れプログラムをオンライン開催し、本学部及び韓国、中国、英国の学生が参加し、学生からの高い評価を得た。本研究では、2021年度に実施した看護学生を対象とした国際交流プログラムの看護学生に対する効果を探索的に明らかにすることを目的とした。2022年1月から2月に看護医療学部で実施した短期留学受け入れプログラムの参加者（看護医療学部学生・海外学生）を対象として、研修プログラムの効果を検討した。量的な検討においては、リーダーシップ、文化的コンピテンシー、プログラムへの満足度、プログラムの効果についての主観的評価等を評価項目とするウェブ調査をSurveyMonkeyを用いて実施した。受け入れプログラム参加者31人の内、事前調査では14人、事後調査では13人からデータが得られ、事前事後共に参加した学生は11人であった。これらのデータについて、2022年3月から統計分析を開始し、参加者の文化的コンピテンシーは高いことが明らかになった。今後、さらに分析を進める。
The Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care has several international exchange programs that send undergraduate students abroad or accept nursing students from abroad. In 2020, we conducted a short-term exchange program, which had previously been conducted face to face in Japan before the COVID-19 pandemic, online. Students from this department as well as from Korea, China, and the U.K. participated in and gave high evaluations to this program. The purpose of the present study was to explore and clarify the effects of the online international exchange program for nursing students implemented in FY2021. The effect of the training program was examined for participants (undergraduate nursing and medical students and international students) of the short-term study abroad acceptance program conducted at the Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care from January to February 2022. For the quantitative study, a web-based survey was conducted using SurveyMonkey with items for evaluation including leadership, cultural competency, satisfaction with the program, and subjective evaluation of the program's effect. Of the 31 participants in the program, data were obtained from 14 students in the pre-survey and 13 students in the post-survey, and 11 students participated in both the pre and post surveys. Statistical analysis of these data began in March 2022 revealed that the cultural competency of the participants was high. Further analysis will continue to be conducted.
