This guidebook provides a scientific overview of the current status and challenges of Neurotech products for the general public. In particular, it provides an overview of BMI, neurofeedback, and neuromodulation, their efficacy and safety, technical limitations, precautions for use, and potential ethical issues. It also includes precautions for businesses when developing and selling Neurotech products and services.
