本研究の目的は、海外での指導経験を有する日本人指導者を対象に質的研究法を実施し、日本の育成システムおよび指導者養成の一助となるための基礎的資料を得ることであった。2022年度は3年計画のうちの3年目の位置づけであり、1,2年目に実施することができなかった「現在海外で指導を行っている指導者への調査」を実施することができた。今年度調査の対象は、ドイツで指導を行っている指導者2名、スペインで指導を行っている指導者1名、またスペインでの指導経験を有する国内在住の指導者1名であった。質問項目は、基幹的質問、追跡的質問、探索的質問の三種類の組み合わせにより構成した。録音された音声データをテキストデータにし、KH Coderを用いて計量的に分析した。また、出現パターンの似通った語を線で結んだネットワーク図（共起ネットワーク）を描き、それを元に代表的な文章を抜粋した。描かれた共起ネットワークから、代表的な文章を抜粋すると「勝敗にこだわる姿勢と育成のバランスは大事であるが、勝敗や結果に対して社会が敏感である」、「バスク地方のU-15年代のリーグは強化リーグと育成リーグに分かれていて、育成リーグに関しては昇降格がない。監督がどのリーグに出るかをその年に決めることができる。その目的は選手にかかるプレッシャーから守るということ」などの語りがみられた。オランダを事例に行われた先行研究（須田ら2019）においては、「オランダの歴史や文化、オランダ人の気質などあらゆる側面からオランダ人指導者の指導の根幹となる共通理解があって、コーチやプレーヤーが学ぶための方法がプログラムされている」とされているが、ドイツ、スペインにおいても社会との繋がりや、地域の文化に合わせた指導や育成システムが構築されていることが窺えた。今後学会発表を経て、当該研究領域における基礎的研究資料としていち早く引用されるよう、論文への掲載を目指す。
The purpose of this study was to conduct a qualitative research on Japanese coaches with overseas coaching experience and to obtain basic data to help Japan's training system and coaching development. This year was the third year of a three-year plan, and we were able to conduct a "survey of instructors currently teaching abroad," which we were unable to do in the first and second years. The survey was administered to two instructors currently teaching in Germany, one instructor currently teaching in Spain, and one instructor living in Japan who had experience teaching in Spain. The questionnaire was composed of a combination of three types of questions: core questions, follow-up questions, and exploratory questions. The recorded speech data were converted to text data and analyzed quantitatively using KH Coder. A network diagram (co-occurrence network) was drawn by connecting words with similar appearance patterns with lines, and representative sentences were excerpted based on this diagram. Representative sentences extracted from the drawn co-occurrence network include: "It is important to have a balance between the attitude of being concerned about winning and losing and development, but society is sensitive to winning and losing and results," and "The league for U-15s in the Basque Country is divided into a strengthening league and a development league, and as for the development league, there is no promotion or demotion. The coach can decide which league to play in that year. The purpose of this is to protect the players from pressure. In a previous study conducted in the Netherlands as a case study (Suda et al. 2019), it was stated that "there is a common understanding that underlies the coaching of Dutch coaches in all aspects of Dutch history, culture, and the temperament of the Dutch people, and there is a program of methods for coaches and players to learn," but Germany, In Germany and Spain, it was seen that the coaching and development systems are also constructed in accordance with the connection with the society and the local culture. We aim to prepare for publication of the paper so that it will be cited as a basic research material in this research area as soon as possible after its presentation at the conference.
