| Abstract |
(1)6-18歳の「かくれ肥満」(BMI 95パーセンタイル未満、かつ腹囲95パーセンタイル以上)、および「かくれやせ」(BMI 5パーセンタイル以上、かつ腹囲5パーセンタイル未満)の頻度は、0.2%および2.8%(男性)、0.7%および3.4%(女性)であった。(2) BMIによる肥満・やせの「縦断的変化カットオフ値」を次のように設定した。⊿BMI SDS:+0.65～+0.95・-0.95～-0.65(男性)、+0.63～+0.92・-0.92～-0.63(女性)、⊿BMI unit:+1～+2・-2～-1(6.5-10.5歳男女)、+2～+3・-3～-2(10.5-17.5歳男女)。
