| Abstract |
本論文では，丸井グループのサステナビリティ経営にかんする事例研究を試みる。とくに創業家3代目 青井浩社長を中心に当社がどのようにESG（環境・社会・ガバナンス）への取り組みを強化してきたかを論じるつもりである。とくに彼は，未来投資・小売・フィンテックといった三位一体の事業展開をつうじて「インクルージョンの丸井」という新機軸を構築しつつある。
This paper aims at studying how sustainability management have developed at Marui Group on the basis of case method. In doing so, it sheds light on leadership demonstrated by Hiroshi Aoi, the third president of the founding family, to understand how the company has dealt with ESG (environment, society, and governance) issues. In particular, he is making a new departure by emphasizing "inclusion" through the three-pronged business operation of future investment, retail, and FinTech.
