| Abstract |
本稿は去る1月18日に本塾経済研究所の主催で行われた同題の講演の記録であり, アベノミクスすなわち目下のわが国において安倍総理の下で進められている一連の経済政策に関する筆者の所見を平易に述べたものである。当該の政策を構成するいわゆる三本の矢「大胆な金融緩和」, 「機動的な財政政策」, 「民間投資を喚起する成長戦略」のそれぞれをめぐり, 問題点と思われるところをその後の実績の経緯ならびに経済学の原理に照らして論評した。
This is the record of my lecture delivered on January 18, 2016 under the auspices of the Institute of Economic Studies at Keio University. The lecture presents my views on Abenomics, the economic policies advanced by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. I discussed the effectiveness of the three arrows—massive monetary easing, functional fiscal policy, and growth strategy—from the viewpoint of the outcomes over the past couple of years and the principles of macroeconomics.
