本稿では, 中国の産業発展を考える時, 日本の経験から何が示唆されるかを, 明らかにしている。日本の下請系列関係に注目し, それが日本の機械工業の発展に持った意味と, その関係が可能になった環境を示した。その上で, 中国の機械工業民営企業の現状を, 事例を通して確認した。その結果, 日本の下請系列関係それ自体を, 中国の産業発展に応用することは, 企業の置かれた環境の違いにより, 不可能であり, 学ぶべきは, 形態ではなく, 企業が置かれた環境の重要性であると結論づけた。
This study clarifies what is suggested from the Japanese experience when considering the industrial development of China.
Focusing on the Keiretsu-subcontractor relationship in Japan, this study shows the role it played in the development of Japan's machinery industry and the environment that made this relationship possible.
In addition, this study confirms the current conditions of private machinery enterprises in China through case studies.
As a result, the paper concludes that what should be learned is not the structure, but rather the importance of the environment in which companies have been placed, as applying the Japanese Keiretsu-subcontractor relationship itself to the industrial development of China is impossible due to differences in the environments where companies are placed.
