温州民営中小企業は, 出稼ぎや行商など生業者によって立ち上げられ, その創業者に統率されているものが多く, 先発の有利性によって創業後は好業績を上げたものの, 現在でも, 将来を見据えた戦略経営を展開する者が少なく, 競争激化が予想される今後のビジネス環境の中での成長発展は難しくなりつつある。温州経済の今後の発展のためには, 戦略的経営を展開できるよう, 経営者教育や起業家予備軍の育成が必要であろう。
