Abstract
The non-extinct long-run equilibrium in commercial fishing with predatorprey interaction and without entry of new fleet is locally stable. No limit cycle arises for the movement of fish stocks of both species. Dynamic properties of the long-run equilibrium in which atleast one species of fish becomes extinct are also analyzed.
