| Abstract |
In this paper, we analyze the transitional dynamic properties of a growth model of a dual economy in which dualism lies in the mechanism of human capital accumulation of two types of individuals. We derive the conditions under which the saddle path converging to the steady-state growth equilibrium point is unique and the conditions under which equilibrium growth path may be indeterminate.
