本研究プロジェクトのトピックは「アニメ産業における日本とアジアの協働の実態と今日的変容」である。申請時の「事業計画」の予定通り、今年度は、本研究の事例のフィールドワークを主に行った。具体的には、日本とアジアとの間のアニメ作品の国際共同製作等のプロジェクトにおける仲介者的な役割を果たしている個人に対するインタビュー調査を実施した（のべ5回）。その結果、当該仲介者が架橋する対象として「言語」のギャップ（日本語とほかのアジア諸国の言語との間のギャップ）の重要性が浮き彫りになった。

加えて、類似の問題意識の下で企画されている編著へ本研究の研究成果の一部を寄稿することが決まった。また、アニメ研究の国際学会であるMechademia Asian Conferenceの2023年度研究大会にて本研究の研究成果の一部を発表することが決まった（プロポーザルがアクセプトされた）。
This research project engages with the contemporary dynamics of Japan-Asia cooperation in the anime industry. As outlined in the 'business plan' section of the application form, this year was mainly devoted to conducting the fieldwork for this project. More specifically, I interviewed the individuals (five sessions in total) who play the role of intermediaries in the relevant projects, including Japan-Asia anime coproduction. The interviews highlighted the significance of the gap in language (the gap between the Japanese language and the languages of other Asian countries) to be bridged by their intermediary works.

In addition, it was confirmed that I will contribute a chapter based on this research to an edited volume in progress on a similar topic. Also, my paper proposal based on this research to the Mechademia Asian Conference in 2023 (an international conference on anime studies) was accepted.
