医療の専門家は根拠に基づく正確な情報を発信する責務があり、また、彼らが取り扱う"情報"には、要配慮個人情報を含む高度の個人情報が含まれる。薬学部の学生は高度情報社会において情報モラルを学ぶ機会が増えているが、低学年で医療人としての倫理観を醸成する機会は少ない。本研究では、薬学部入学時から継続的に情報倫理観を身につける学習プログラム構築を目指して、薬学生の情報倫理観の現状を解析し、効果的な学習コンテンツを作成するとともに、情報倫理観を評価する指標を提示することを目的とした。2015～2020年度の薬学部1年生の情報・コミュニケーション論で課したSNSに関するレポートのうち、2019年度のレポート204件をテキスト解析した結果、入学時点ではSNSにおける炎上などを身近に感じており、医療に関する事案について考える学生は少なかった。このことから、低学年次から医療従事者として注意すべきことを意識するカリキュラムの必要性があると考えた。次にTwitterのプロフィールに「薬剤師」と記載されたアカウントが不特定多数の人に公開しているツイートのうち、倫理的な疑問を感じるものを選択し、その内容について薬剤師5名に意見を求めた。その結果、同じツイートに対しても肯定的な意見と否定的な意見があるなど様々であり、良し悪しの判断を明確にして学ぶことは困難と考えた。一方、このインタビューから、根拠は必ず示す、薬剤師としての言葉遣いに気をつける、自分の発信した情報でリスクを負う患者がいるかもしれない、などの考えに共通点があることがわかった。また、SNS上での情報発信にあたっては薬剤師として相手を思いやる態度を意識し、社会からの信頼や情報の受け手側のリスク低減に繋げる必要があると考えた。現場からの意見から明らかにしたこれらのポイントを、今後の授業プログラム改善に役立てる予定である。さらに、薬学生が在学中に目指すべき情報倫理の行動目標を定め、情報倫理観を醸成可能な学習カリキュラムを具体的に策定し、試行する。
Medical professionals are responsible for presenting accurate health information and for the appropriate treatment of sensitive personal information. Students in the Faculty of Pharmacy should learn information morals, but there are few opportunities to foster ethics as medical professionals, especially in the lower grades. In this research, aiming to build a learning program to acquire information ethics continuously, we analyzed the current state of information ethics of pharmaceutical students and discussed effective learning programs for information ethics as medical professionals. As a result of the analysis of 204 reports on SNS in the course "information and communication literacy" of the first-year students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, few students thought about the case of the medical front. From this result, we thought that there was a need for a curriculum that was conscious of what to be careful of as a medical professional from the lower grades. Next, some tweets that have ethical doubts from the account with "pharmacist" listed on Twitter's profile were selected, and five pharmacists were asked for their opinions on the content. As a result, there were various positive and negative opinions about the same tweet, and we thought it would be difficult to clarify the judgment of good or bad. On the other hand, from these interviews, it was found that there is something in common with the idea that the wording of a pharmacist should be taken care of, and based on the evidence. This allows a pharmacist to lead the trust of society and the reduction of risks to the recipient of the information. We plan to use the results above to improve the learning program in the Faculty of Pharmacy. Further, we will set action goals for information ethics that pharmacy students should aim for while they are still in school, and formulate and try a specific learning curriculum that can foster a sense of information ethics.
