| Abstract |
本研究の目的は, 製造業を中心として構築されてきた日本企業のマネジメント・コントロール・システムを, 知識集約型組織の特徴を踏まえて再考し, 日本企業が知識集約型組織においてもグローバルに強みを発揮できるような新たな仕組みを提言することにあった。
具体的には知識集約型組織を国の政策として力を入れてきたフィンランドでの企業調査結果を中心として, 分析考察を行った。結論として, 知識集約型組織においては, 階層に頼らないコミュニケーションおよび信頼の構築を要素に入れたマネジメント・コントロールの枠組みの構築が必要となることを提言した。
The purpose of this research is to reconsider the management and control systems of Japanese companies based on t based on the characteristics of the knowledge intensive organization. It was to propose a new framework which fits for Japanese companies.
Specifically, we have focused on the companies in Finland who have been emphasizing the knowledge-intensive organization as the national policy. In conclusion, in a knowledge-intensive organization, it was suggested that it is necessary to build a new framework of management control systems that take elements of communication and trust that does not based on hierarchical organizational construct.
