| Abstract |
versicanのheterozygousノックアウトマウスを用い, 癌の移植モデルおよび創傷治癒モデルを作成・検討した。2つのモデルの実験結果から, versicanの発現及びその分解産物であるversikineが生体内での血管新生や細胞増殖への影響をもたらしている可能性が示唆された。今後の展望として, versicanの発現・分解産物を生体モデルでコントロールし, 創傷治癒の促進や癌浸潤の抑制ができれば, 臨床応用に発展できると考える。
In a wound-healing model using Vcanhdf/+ mice, we found that neovascularization is more strongly suppressed in Vcanhdf/+ mice than WT mice.This same phenomenon was observed using the cancer model in this study, suggesting that versican may have an important role in neovascularization. In the future, we plan to conduct functional analyses of versican on neovascularization.
