| Abstract |
本研究の目的は、重金属曝露作業者における酸化ストレスマーカーとの量影響関係を検討することである。対象は、二次鉛精錬工場における男性作業者27名と、金属インジウムおよびインジウム化合物作業者59名であった。曝露指標として、血中鉛(Pb-B)と血清インジウム(In-S)濃度を用いた。影響指標としては、リン脂質で過酸化を受け合成する8-iso-PGF、およびDNAの酸化損傷指標8-OHdGを、生体内の酸化ストレスマーカーとして用いた。鉛曝露作業者において曝露と尿中8-iso-PGFおよび尿中8-OHdGとの量影響関係を明らかにすることができたが、インジウム曝露との間では関連が示されなかった。
The aim of this study was to investigate the dose-effect relationships between heavy metal exposure and oxidative stress markers. The subjects were 27 male workers in a lead secondary smelting factory, and 59 workers exposed to indium metal or indium compounds. Lead in whole blood (Pb-B) or indium in serum (In-S) was measured as an exposure index of lead or indium. Urinary 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) and urinary 8-isoprostaglandin F2 alpha(8-iso-PGF) were determined as a DNA peroxidation stress marker and as a cell membrane peroxidation stress biomarker. Significant exposure-effect relationships were observed between Pb-B and 8-OHdG, and between Pb-B and 8-iso-PGF. Lead exposure may induce peroxidation stress on DNA and cell membrane lipid. Conversely, there were no significant relationships between In-S and two biomarkers.
