| Abstract |
MBT-2細胞にin vitroでIL-21プラスミド導入を行い、上清中のIL-21分泌をELISAにて定量的に測定、IL-21の発現を確認した。次にマウス膀胱癌同所性モデルを作成、IL-21プラスミドを用いた膀胱内遺伝子導入を行った。その結果、コントロール群と比較してIL-21導入群は有意に膀胱重量が低い結果であった(p<0.05)。よって本手法は、膀胱癌に対する膀胱内注入治療確立の布石となる可能性があると考えられた。
