| Abstract |
救急隊から受入医療機関への収容要請通話における「欠落」・「冗長」・「逸脱」の例とその原因を類型化した。「欠落」には、受入困難事案となりうる情報の非開示、「冗長」は、情報量の少ない語句の使用や医学語彙への過剰変換、「逸脱」には含意の誤解といった原因が見受けられた。これらの背景要因としては、(1)救急収容要請時に応需を得ることの難しさ(2)心理的制約(3)コミュニケーション教育の欠落 が考えられる。
