| Abstract |
本研究は、ループ空間の幾何学、特に指数定理へむけた挑戦的研究を行った。この2年間では、ループ空間(無限次元多様体)にソボレフパラメータに付随したリーマン計量により、リーマン曲率の公式を具体的に擬微分作用素によって表わす公式を与えた。これをもとに、特性類の定義、さらに2次特性類(チャーン・サイモンズ不変量)の定義に成功した。また、佐々木アインシュタイン多様体についての詳細な計算を行い、その非自明性について示すことができた。
