| Abstract |
マウスConcanavalin A惹起急性肝障害においてケモカイン受容体の一つであるCCR9陽性マクロファージが肝臓内に遊走し、IFN-γ産生Th1細胞やNKT細胞の誘導を介して病態形成に重要な役割を果たす。さらに急性肝炎患者末梢血を用いた検討においてもTNF-α産生能を有するCCR9陽性CD14+CD16+単核球が増加していた。今後のさらなる検討が必要であるがCCR9/CCL25経路は、劇症肝炎を含めた急性肝炎の選択的治療ターゲットとなる可能性が示唆された。
