| Abstract |
癌細胞上に発現するILT7/NKp44/BDCA2リガンドを介した免疫抑制機構を明らかにすることを目的とし、各リガンド分子の同定を試みた結果、NKp44Lの同定に成功した。また、癌細胞上のNKp44L発現を制御できるシグナル経路が明らかとなった。これらの結果は、癌患者の免疫状態を改善する新たな臨床的方法を与え、免疫治療を改善できる可能性を示すものである。
