| Abstract |
本研究では、これまでの研究で外生的に取り扱われてきた2国間事前確認制度(BAPA)における移転価格の決定メカニズムを考察することにより、「BAPAによって決定される移転価格はどのような水準に決定され、どのような性質をもつか」について、明らかにした。この研究成果は、税実務において、多国籍企業がBAPAを申請するかどうかの1つの判断基準を与えることができるという点において、非常に重要な意義を持つと思われる。
