| Abstract |
本研究はファミリー企業における経営の世襲が企業業績、企業行動にどのような影響を与えるのかを、日本の上場企業をサンプルとした実証分析により検証した。分析の結果は、経営の世襲が企業行動、業績に大きな影響を与えていることを示していた。具体的には企業の配当行動、投資行動などに違いが見られ、その結果としてファミリー企業のパフォーマンス、特に株価が割り引かれていることが明らかとなった。
