| Abstract |
本研究では、(1)メラノーマ細胞の接着、浸潤、転移に関わるFAK下流分子としてPLP2を同定し、その機能を解析した。(2)JAK2V617F変異体は恒常的に活性化ならびに腫瘍形成能を示すが、その下流分子を同定した。下流分子としてSTAT5、さらに、STAT5の標的分子としてAkt, Aurka, c-Myc, Pim-1,2, FANCC, CISを同定し、これらの役割について詳細に解析した。
