| Abstract |
環境変化を自ら認識し応答するインテリジェントな高分子を分子設計し, 新しい概念のバイオセパレーションシステムの実現と手術室などの医療現場においてon-siteで計測可能な生体機能解析システムへの応用を行った。機能性高分子修飾分離担体のナノ界面制御技術に基づき, タンパクとの相互作用調節するテクノロジーを発展させ, バイオセパレーションシステムを構築し生体高分子の分離精製へ応用した。さらに手術室でリアルタイムに麻酔薬のモニタリングを行うon-site計測に成功した。有機溶媒を使用しない本分離システムは患者の安全はもとより環境面でも優れていると考えられる。
