| Abstract |
本研究では、DNAチップやSAGE法などの網羅的遺伝子発現解析により、我々が同定したヒト悪性黒色腫で選択的或いは高発現する新規分子のうちKU-MEL-4、KU-MEL-5、KU-MEL-6、及びKU-MEL-7について、癌細胞悪性形質への関与や免疫学的意義を明らかにし臨床応用の可能性を検討した。その結果、いずれの悪性黒色腫高発現遺伝子も悪性黒色腫の形成や転移などに関わる基本的悪性形質に関与していることが明らかとなり、診断マーカーや治療に応用できる可能性が示唆された。
