| Abstract |
健常者における肥満度(BMI)や血圧、血糖、脂質などの変化、およびメタボリックシンドローム(MetS)の発症に関与する、血清高分子量アディポネクチン(HMW-ADPN)濃度、糖・脂質代謝や動脈硬化に関与する酸化ストレスマーカー、および遺伝子多型(SNPs)との関連を、6～9年にわたる縦断研究で検討した。血中HMW-ADPN値が低値の群には、ライフスタイルの改善等 何らかの介入をする必要性が示唆された。
