| Abstract |
腫瘍随伴性天疱瘡は天疱瘡の亜型であり、全例において極めて重篤な難治性の口腔粘膜症状を呈し致死率が高い疾患である。その発症機序には尋常性天疱瘡同様の液性免疫に加えて、細胞性免疫により重篤な表現型が誘導されると考えられる。腫瘍随伴性天疱瘡では尋常性天疱瘡で認められる抗デスモグレイン自己抗体が病態形成に深く関与していると考えられるが、その病原性の詳細は未だ明らかにされていない。そこで本研究では腫瘍随伴性天疱瘡における自己抗体の病原性、臨床において治療評価を含めた有用な検査法を検討した。
Paraneoplastic pemphigus (PNP) is a subtype of pemphigus and is a fetal disease with extremely severe and intractable oral mucosal stomatitis almost in all cases. Similar to pemphigus vulgaris, induction of disease phenotypes induced by cell mediated immunity addition to humoral immunity. In PNP, the anti-desmoglein autoantibodies found in pemphigus vulgaris are thought to be deeply involved in pathogenesis, however the details of its pathogenicity have not yet been clarified. Therefore, in this study, we tried to develop the method that can measure pathogenicity of autoantibodies and consider the therapeutic evaluation in PNP.
