| Abstract |
暗順応後の6週齢のBalb/c雄マウスに対し光照射を行い, 誘導される細胞死をTUNELアッセイにより解析したところ, 2日後に視細胞でのみアポトーシスが亢進していた。TUNEL陽性反応はDapiで示される核にあったため, 染色性の妥当性を確認することができた。ミトコンドリアに作用する抗酸化剤を投与し, 同様の光照射を行い, アポトーシスについて解析した。現時点までには, アポトーシス細胞に対する明らかな影響は示されていない。
Six-week old Balb/c male mice were exposed to the light after dark adaptation, and the cell death in the retina was analyzed using TUNEL assay. The TUNEL positive and apoptotic cells were increased only in the photoreceptor layer 2 days after light exposure. The TUNEL staining was positive in the nuclei which were defined by the staining with Dapi. The mice were treated with an antioxidant, which is supposed to affect mitochondria, before light exposure to analyze the effects on the apoptosis, although the significant effect was not detected.
