| Abstract |
本論文の目的は, 会計の利害調整の機能・役割に関連する経営者の報酬と従業員の給料の格差の問題, 労働対価の分配の正義を公共哲学の観点から考察することである。企業の統治形態, 取締役会の位置づけについて, 古典的・伝統的モデル(所有主指向モデル), 修正モデル(企業体指向モデル), 社会企業モデル(多様な構成員指向モデル)の3つのモデルを検討し, コーポレートガバナンス・コードは, 修正モデルを前提としているが, 社会企業モデルに依拠しないと経営者の高額報酬の問題は解決しないことを示す。次に, 公共哲学の諸理論を援用すると, 経営者の高額報酬・大きな格差を肯定する論理とそれを否定する論理がそれぞれ複数存在するが, 筆者の私見では, ロールズの格差原理およびジョンストンの新しいバランスのとれた相互性の理論に依拠し, 大きな格差の存在には否定的である。最後に, 会計の利害調整機能・役割と労働対価の分配の正義との関連性について言及し結論とする。
