| Abstract |
われわれは, アジアでの研究が見られる家父長型リーダーシップについて, 変革型リーダーシップ等の欧米的リーダーシップ・スタイルとの関係, リーダーシップ・スタイルに影響を与える要因とその成果などの実態を明らかにするため, 郵送質問票調査を実施した。本稿では最初に文献レビューから調査枠組みを述べ, 調査結果に基づいて, 家父長型リーダーシップの構成要素とその関係, 家父長型リーダーシップと欧米的リーダーシップ(変革型リーダーシップ, 倫理的リーダーシップ)との異同, 及び成果(情緒的組織コミットメントや組織市民行動, ワーク・ファミリー・コンフリクト, 業績)との関係を明らかにした。結果的に調査を行った日本企業における家父長型リーダーシップの特徴や他の要因との関係は従来台湾, 中国で行われた調査分析結果と多くが一致していたが, 一部成果との関係で特徴的なものも見られた。
